We're a husband and wife team with a shared passion for exceptional coffee. We first met in Paris, where Lev, a native Frenchie, was working as a barista and Ainsley, an eager American, was studying at Le Cordon Bleu for pastry. Our shared love for coffee and culinary arts brought us together and has now brought us to here and to you!

Our dream has always been to one day open a shop that combines our two passions and professions - freshly brewed coffee and handcrafted pastries. But until that dream becomes a reality, we're bringing our love of coffee to you online. Each bean in our selection is chosen with care, reflecting our dedication to quality and flavor.
