Refund & Return Policy

At Durose Coffee, every order is roasted and prepared fresh to order.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once shipped.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at durosecoffee@gmail.com 

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

  • coffee products
  • opened items
  • food or consumable products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for order processing
  • additional transit time depending on your location and shipping carrier

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Durose Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated claims.
